Conflict Resolution/Mediation

Nonprofits are not immune from internal conflict and disputes. In fact, because they have unique governance structures and rules, misunderstandings that lead to dysfunction are fairly common. But don’t worry — our experience can help nonprofits find and restore the balance they need. We are as much educators as we are attorneys. Once the key players understand their roles and the best practices that apply to nonprofits, you’ll be back on the right path.

General Counsel Services

For a select number of clients, I serve as general counsel on a monthly retainer basis. A general counsel is an attorney who provides clients with legal advice and strategic input on a day-to-day basis. In this capacity, the client integrates us into their team giving key managers and staff direct access to get their questions answered quickly — without having to worry about an hourly fee. There is no cap on hours and no contractual obligation greater than 3 months. Most clients are eligible to start at $1,000 per month. If interested, give us a call!
